Our nightly rate is $40.00 plus tax. Your best savings would be at our weekly rate at $240.00 plus tax. And our even better rate is our monthly rate at $525.00 plus tax and electricity. Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $5.00 plus tax charge for each additional person. Kids under 4 years of age stay free! For the monthly rate, we will read the electrical meter at your site upon your arrival, then again at the end of the month to calculate your bill. A $100.00 refundable deposit is required at check-in ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE |
